Privacy Policy

Data Storage

All your data—including your business profile, clients, items, quotes, and invoices—is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your information.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync on your device, your BillSwift data may be synced across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. This synchronization is:

• Managed entirely by Apple
• Protected by your Apple ID credentials
• Subject to Apple's privacy policies
• Optional and controlled by you

We have no access to your iCloud data.

No Analytics or Tracking

BillSwift does not include:

• Analytics software
• Tracking pixels or cookies
• Usage monitoring
• Crash reporting services
• Advertising SDKs

We don't know how you use the app, how often you open it, or what features you use. Your usage is completely private.

No Third-Party Sharing

Your data is never shared with third parties. BillSwift has:

• No advertisements
• No in-app purchases
• No partnerships that require data sharing
• No monetization of user data

Permissions We Request

BillSwift requests only one optional permission:

• Photo Library Access — Only used if you choose to add a logo to your business profile. We access only the specific photo you select.

This permission is optional. The app works fully without it.

Data Export

You can export all your data at any time using the Export feature in Settings. The exported JSON file contains your complete data and belongs entirely to you. We encourage regular backups.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Deleting the app removes all BillSwift data from your device
• You can delete individual items within the app at any time
• If using iCloud sync, data is also removed from iCloud when deleted

Children's Privacy

BillSwift is a business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Terms of Service

By using BillSwift, you agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on documents created with the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Since we don't collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
